Corkboard started as a personal wine cellar app — a way to keep track of what was in the fridge, what was ready to drink, and what to open with dinner. It turned out the hard parts of that problem are the same hard parts a wine club has, only a club has them a hundred times over.
So it grew a back office. Not a generic one: it was built around how a working Phoenix wine club actually operates — their real catalog, their pickup events, their delivery runs to members scattered across a metro that takes an hour to cross. Every feature exists because something in that workflow was painful.
The result is two halves of one system. Clubs get a back office that knows what a wine club needs — box recipes, member preferences, event depletion, delivery routing. Members get an app that makes belonging to the club feel like more than a monthly charge.
It's built on Odoo, which means the boring, essential parts — invoicing, inventory, accounting, point of sale — are mature software maintained by people who do that for a living. What's built on top is the part that's actually about wine.
A short walkthrough on your own numbers beats any feature list. Tell me a bit about your club and I'll set one up.
